Men's Club.

I feel that a club on campus for men is a necessary thing. I had a long conversation with Juliet on the subject, and I feel that someone needs to make one.

There are some unifying problems that men face that are rarely (if ever) talked about.

Homeless men have far fewer options than homeless women. Something should be done to help men in that kind of position.

Men have stereotypes that are imposed upon them by society. I feel them, I'm not sure if anyone else does.
-On the subject of stereotypes there are a few different kinds. One is that we are all horrible people. Just... no.
-Another is a physical stereotype. I am far too short and lanky to live up to that stereotype and I'm made to feel bad about it in many ways.

My point is that there are issues facing men.

There's an entire major for that called Women's Studies. Several classes, one of which I'm taking called Men and Masculinity. You should take that, it's a diversity course and it's kind of interesting. It addresses those issues all semester long.

Wait, there are men's courses....under the heading of Women's studies. Neat. I guess, lol. I suppose they could have named it differently.

The homeless situation is a pretty serious issue... flipside still has homeless men run up and grab a bag of popcorn and a soda and take off.. its really sad, you almost want to stop them and give them more.
